Before you contact support
Including a few details helps us understand the issue quickly:
- The app name and the version you are using
- Your device model (for example, iPhone or iPad) and its iOS or iPadOS version
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- Any steps that reproduce the issue
Please do not include passwords or payment card details in support messages.
